Important Definitions
A Course is an exchange of Instructor knowledge between the Instructor and the Course Participants. The knowledge is shared online in the form of live webinars on a schedule determined by the Instructor prior to the start of the course. Any other forms of knowledge transfer, such as prepared materials, links, books, articles, etc. are not mandatory and can be used by the Instructor at will.
An Instructor is a person who leads a course.
A Course Participant is a person who has paid for the course and attends the course lectures in the form of online webinars.
Third-party Services are services and platforms used by the Instructor to organize the course, e.g. payment platform, video streaming platform, etc.
A Course Schedule is the schedule of course lectures determined by the Instructor before the start of the course. Lectures and communication with the Instructor outside the schedule are not foreseen by the course organizers.
Course Duration is the number of lectures in a course and the time interval between the first and last lesson in the course.
Email of Course Participant
We will only recognize as valid the course participant's email address that was provided by the course participant when paying for the course.
Course Organisation
Course Format
The course is organized in the form of online webinars. The number of webinars in the course and the duration of the course is determined by the instructor and depends on the amount of material and the teaching method.
Webinars take place on the Discord platform. Also, all course participants are added to the chat room on the same platform, where they have the opportunity to ask questions to the instructor throughout the course.
Lessons Recording
In order to continually improve the course and for course participants to have access to the lecture materials, the lectures will be recorded. In case of technical failures during the recording process, the course organizers reserve the right not to share the recording.
Course participants will have access to the webinar recordings for 3 months after the course.
Your Absense On The Lesson
If a course participant fails to attend a course lecture, the course participant may use the course recordings. In the absence of a record for a particular lecture, the course participant will be provided with self-study materials on the missed topic in the form of links to third-party online resources (e.g., official accessibility standards, articles on other resources, etc.).
Homework Assignments
During the course, participants will receive homework assignments to reinforce what they have learned. We strongly recommend that course participants complete the assignments on time to facilitate understanding of the subsequent material and to make the process of checking assignments more gentle for the instructor.
Important: Failure to complete homework assignments will in no way result in the participant being dropped from the course. It is only your desire and decision whether to do your homework.
Course Project
The course project will lie on the GitHub platform. Each course participant will have access to the project repository and the ability to submit their homework in the form of Pull Requests.
Cancellation of Lecture
In case of cancellation of the lecture due to the fault of the course organizers (for example, due to the instructor's health condition, technical problems or other force majeure circumstances), the lecture material will be given to the course participants in the form of a video recording without loss of quality of the material.
Our Obligations
The obligations of the course organizers begin with the first lecture and end with the last lecture. Neither before the start of the course nor after the end of the course will the course organizers be liable to the course participants.

All course participants have the right to cancel their participation in the course and receive a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:
